We are looking for a trilingual Junior Key Account Manager for Ads Solutions to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital advertising, have an analytical and results-oriented mindset, and be able to build strong relationships with international clients.

- Drive revenue growth in the European market by providing effective advertising solutions and operational support to key clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into data-driven advertising strategies.
- Manage daily communication with clients (emails, calls and face-to-face meetings).
- Support the launch, optimisation and scaling of campaigns within our Ads platform.
- Analyse campaign performance and generate insights to improve efficiency and results.
- Collaborate with advertisers in sectors such as gaming, entertainment, sports, fintech, tourism and apps.
- Use AI tools and analytical methodologies to increase operational efficiency and campaign optimisation.
- Participate in industry events and advertising ecosystem activities.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams at HQ to improve functionality, platform usage and customer experience.

Requisits:

- Previous experience in digital advertising (agencies, DSPs, performance marketing or publisher-side).
- Solid knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Analytical mindset and ability to convert data into optimisation strategies.
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools applied to marketing or data analysis (highly valued).
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem in the EU and network of contacts (desirable).

Formació:

Studies in the fields of marketing, advertising, media, communication, or similar.

Idiomes:

- Fluent English required.
- Chinese or additional European languages are a big advantage.
