At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for an APP Experience Specialist to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. The selected person will perform the following tasks:
- APP usability experience improvement (app good to use) based on the provided top APP list to do the experience test, find the issues and assist R&D team to analysis and fix the issues (provide the logs and video record to HQ), track the issues until fixed.
- APP obtainability experience improvement (app good to get) Based on the Top app list to do periodic check each app obtain patch correct or not, work with R&D team to improve it, make sure the app can be found in AG easily and correctly.
- VOC analysis (positioning the app issue) Contain service VOC and NSS (Net Satisfaction Score) user issues analysis, identify the exact app issue and report to region and R&D team, track the issues until fixed.

- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people (consumers, engineers, customers, marketing and retail team members, etc.).- Strong attention to details, full of patience.
- Interest in various of App using.
Formació:
- Bachelor degree or above.- Education background in the major of Computer Science, Telecommunication, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline are preferred.
Idiomes:
- Spanish: Native or bilingual.- English: Fluent.
