We are looking for a Games Business Growth Manager to lead strategy, partnerships, and user growth initiatives within our Games category. This role is essential to driving user value, acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention in Spain. The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Lead the Games Strategy for the Spanish market, including game sourcing, growth initiatives, and joint campaigns with gaming companies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with local partners, ensuring access to high-quality game content and engaging activities for AppGallery users.
- Manage end-to-end Game Partner Operations, including annual planning, weekly coordination, and the design and execution of online/offline co‑marketing campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners regarding product adjustments such as IAP integration, subscriptions, SDK pilots, etc., in collaboration with technical teams.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Legal, and other internal departments to maximize visibility, resources, and compliance.
- Build and nurture a Games community through dedicated channels, micro PR platforms, and key opinion leaders.
Track and analyze game performance using our big data platform, proactively recommending improvements to services and campaigns.
Define and meet ambitious but realistic KPIs, including user acquisition, engagement, monetization, and revenue targets.

- 1+ years of experience in the digital content industry, ideally within mobile applications or the gaming sector (content negotiation, production, marketing).- Strong command of Data Analytics, including analytics platforms, KPI definition, conversion funnels, and data‑driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the local market for consumer digital services and mobile user behavior.
- Passion for gaming and its ecosystem: eSports, influencers, streaming platforms, etc.
- Experience with app stores, or top‑tier game developers/publishers, is a plus.
