We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and fast‑learning Marketing Specialist to manage day‑to‑day social media operations and support campaign execution across Europe. The duties you will be responsible for include:
- Manage daily social media operations, including content scheduling, publishing, tracking, and cross‑team coordination.

Maintain content calendars, asset trackers, and publishing status updates.

Collaborate with internal teams to collect, adapt, and organize content for social media.
Identify trending topics, insights, and opportunities relevant to the brand.

Support campaign execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and action items stay on track.

Flag risks or delays early and help ensure proper follow‑through and closure.
Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and content organization.

- 2+ years of experience in social media operations, content coordination, campaign support, or similar roles.- Strong communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills, with confidence working across multiple teams.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand priorities, identify trends, and translate business or product messages into social‑ready content.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment regarding content and brand alignment.
Formació:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or New Media.Idiomes:
- Advanced English for daily work.- Mandarin fluency is preferred.
