We are recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer (M/F) and similar roles for a prestigious company in the automotive sector in the Murtede area. The successful candidate will carry out the following duties:

- Support the development of the simulation workflow.
- Generate artificial surface topographies using and extending MIT software
- Implement and validate simulation models.
- Help establish a standardized simulation methodology for future friction modeling tasks.

Engenheiro/a mecânico/a

Requisitos:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering;
- Living near Murtede.
- Basic understanding of internal combustion engines and tribology.
- Foundational knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mechanics.
- Experience or interest in simulation and modeling tools (e.g. MATLAB, Python, or similar).
- Analytical thinking and structured working style.
- Strong communication skills in English.

Formação:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.

Línguas:

- Correct written and spoken Portuguese;
- Correct written and spoken English.
