We are hiring a Costumer Service Agent (M/F) fluent in Korean and English for a leading company in the Contact Centre sector, based in Porto, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards
customers;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
- Know the product/service well;
- Process customer requests and complains;
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
- Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Korean, and advanced level of English;- Have 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience;
- Have call center experience;
- Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;
- Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to
listen and understand the customers needs;
- Have strong computer navigation skills;
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
Formação:
- 12th-grade level education.Línguas:
