- Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Função:

Operador/a de call center - inbound

Requisitos:

- Have a proficient C1 level of English;
- Have call center experience;
- Living near or in Porto;
- Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
- Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.

Formação:

- High School.

Línguas:

- Proficiency in English.
