As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we’re looking for a Customer Service agent in Italian (M/F) to join us and one of the world’s most well-known brands.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
- Know the product/service well;
- Process customer requests and complains;
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
- Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
Função:
Operador/a de call center - inboundRequisitos:
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian, and advanced level of English;- Have call center experience;
- Are living in or willing to relocate to Porto;
- Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
- Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
- Have strong computer navigation skills;
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
Formação:
- High School.Línguas:
