As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we’re looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the world’s most well-known brands, as a Norwegian Speaking Customer Specialist (M/F) - Call Center Agent, to work in Porto - Portugal.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
- Know the product/service well;
- Process customer requests and complains;
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
- Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
Função:
Operador de Call CenterRequisitos:
- Oferta de trabalho exclusivamente dirigida a pessoas com Certificado de Incapacidade igual ou superior a 60%.- Have a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 60% (required);
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian, and advanced level of English;
- Have 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience;
- Have call center experience;
- Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;
- Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
- Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
- Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
Formação:
- High School.Línguas:
- Proficiency in Norwegian;- Advanced English.
