This role is responsible for the Games Strategy, including Game sourcing and growth campaigns and joint campaigns with Gaming Companies in Spain, with a clear focus on User Value Perception / Awareness, Acquisition, Activity, Monetization & Retention.

- Establish relationships with local partners and cooperate to provide high quality local content (games) and enjoyable activities to HUAWEI AppGallery and help partners build the connection with end users.
- Game Partners Operation management, including the whole year plan, weekly activities coordination, online and offline co- campaigns proposals and implementation.
- Be the main point of contact with the Game partner for any product adjustment needed, like IAP integration, subscription, or any SDK pilot campaign, etc. in coordination with our technical department.
- Coordination with other Huawei areas, such as Marketing, Retail, Legal, etc., in order to leverage games reach and resources, as well as ensure internal alignment and compliance.
- Build a “Games community” across specific channels, micro PR sites, key opinion leaders, etc.
- Track performance of games using our big data platform, and proactively propose improvements to the different HUAWEI services.
- Responsible to set and achieve realistic yet ambitious targets and KPIs, mainly around user acquisition, engagement, monetization and revenue.

Requisitos:

- 1+ years’ experience in the digital content industry, with focus on the mobile application (specially in Games), across content negotiation, content production or marketing in either content producers, content distributors or service providers.
- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics and confident working with Analytics Platforms, understanding of conversion rates, etc. Able to define KPIs. Data-driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of the local market for consumer digital services or mobile usage behaviour.
- Client/ Partner oriented, passionate about all content gaming related: eSports events, gamers-influencers, Twitch, etc.

Formación:

Bachelor’s degree.

Idiomas:

Fluent in Chinese & English, and in Spanish, Italian or French.
