As a Legal/Privacy Operations Specialist you will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience, working with a truly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer Service team /privacy and legal team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.

We are looking for you!

- Play a key role GDPR compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
- Act as “voice of the customer”, work with product and Business Growth team.
- Proactively flag lacks of efficiency, providing upward feedback communicating regularly with supervisors and managers.
- Handle and reply to data subject requests in a timely manner as the first line support and provide an analytical report to Head of Customer Service and Chief Privacy Officer.
- Work closely with privacy team to improve processes so that customers can execute their data subject rights.
- Continuous innovate and develop process bring the WoW-Way experience to every customer.
- Provision and development of data protection training, including training materials, for specific business units as required.

Requisitos:

- 2+ years of experience working in a customer experience/operations role, legal or data protection projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software applications, Word and Excel.
- We value experience working in a multi-culture environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload.
- Attention to details.
- General knowledge on GDPR especially related to data subjects’ rights handling and/or CIPP/E.certification is a huge advantage.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is desirable.

Formación:

Bachelor’s degree, with preference for Master’s degree holders.

Idiomas:

- Fluent in English.
- An additional European language is highly valuable (French, German, Spanish are preferred).
