Our future Customer service Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customer receive the best possible experience.
As the Customer service Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer service team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.

- Diligently follow up with customers and develop improvement actions in a timely manner, .
- Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
- Review the data collected from VOC tools to keep improving the classification accuracy.
- Identify common top issues, analyse root causes, and develop improvement plans until they all closed.
- Track open consumers’ and follow up until closure.
- Improve the service process and satisfaction based on the voice of consumers
- Timely collect and analysis the voice of consumers.

Requisitos:

- To be familiar with working in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software applications, Word and Excel.
- Able to manage a diverse workload.
- Able to make sound judgments, while understanding and balancing the needs of the customer as well as the needs of the company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prepare written documentation in a clear and concise style.
- Strong knowledge in consumer technology product groups such as software, knowledgebase.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience and 1 year in similar background.

Formación:

University degree or equivalent completed.

Idiomas:

English proficiency.
