We are looking for a HR Administrator with fluent spanish, chinese and english for enterprise situated in Madrid. The selected person will perform the following functions:
- Support the smooth running of the Human Resources Department; takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in Spain: including full payroll cycle, on boarding, off boarding, benefits management and administration and other key processes.
- Provide assistance and support to employees in a variety of areas, such as resolving queries related to payroll, benefits, leave and company policies. In addition, maintain confidentiality and privacy of employees’ personal and sensitive information.
- Ensure that the company complies with current labor laws and regulations, assisting in the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.

- Experiencia minimum of 1 year in a similar role.- Experience working like a HR administrator.
- We are looking for a resilient person, committed, and capable of managing multiple demands and priorities.
Formación:
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.- Knowledgeable of applicable regulations in Spain.
